Urgent Prayer Update #3 - Praise Report!
Last week I mentioned that my flight with MAF to the Makonde Celebration had been canceled due to MAF being grounded in Mozambique. I spent most of the week trying to organize a rental vehicle and someone to drive with me. While I was able to reserve a 4x4 it was going to cost me nearly $1500US(more than double my MAF flight) and the company also wanted a $4000 deposit(more than what is available for all my expenses for the trip)!
Long story short I was praying over the weekend trying to figure out what I was going to do and this morning I received an email from the missionaries organizing the event and Iris ministries is now stepping in to fly me from Pemba to Mueda(the location of the event)! Not only that, but the cost of the flight will be less than what I was going to pay to MAF originally. SOOO...A big thanks to everyone who has been praying for me and the travel arrangements for this event.
Please continue praying for our supplier though as after this week we will be completely out of units and we are daily getting more orders for Audibibles from all over Africa. Most of them are quite urgent. Please pray that our supplier would receive the backordered parts quickly so they can start assembling the Audibibles again soon!
